Laki julkisen hallinnon turvallisuusverkkotoiminnasta annetun lain 17 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan julkisen hallinnon turvallisuusverkkotoiminnasta annetun lain (10/2015) 17 § seuraavasti:
17 §Turvallisuusverkkotoiminnan neuvottelukunta
Valtiovarainministeriön tukena 14 §:ssä tarkoitetussa ohjauksessa ja valvonnassa toimii turvallisuusverkkotoiminnan neuvottelukunta, jonka valtioneuvosto asettaa määräajaksi. Neuvottelukuntaa johtaa valtiovarainministeriö ja sen lisäksi siinä ovat edustettuina ainakin valtioneuvoston kanslia, ulkoministeriö, sisäministeriö, puolustusministeriö, liikenne- ja viestintäministeriö, sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö, Puolustusvoimat, Huoltovarmuuskeskus, Suomen Kuntaliitto ry sekä yhteisen edustajan kautta hyvinvointialueet, Helsingin kaupunki ja HUS-yhtymä. Neuvottelukunnan tehtävänä on osallistua tämän lain perusteella annettavien asetusten ja määräysten ja tehtävien päätösten sekä muiden 14 §:ssä tarkoitettua turvallisuusverkkotoiminnan ohjausta ja valvontaa koskevien asioiden valmisteluun. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella voidaan antaa tarkempia säännöksiä neuvottelukunnan kokoonpanosta ja toimikaudesta sekä tehtävistä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
