Laki Museovirastosta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään Museovirastosta annettuun lakiin (282/2004) uusi 2 a § seuraavasti:
2 a §Toimivalta kulttuuriesineiden tuonnissa
Museovirasto toimii kulttuuriesineiden tullialueelle siirtämisestä ja tuonnista annetun Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetuksen (EU) 2019/880 4 artiklassa tarkoitettuna toimivaltaisena viranomaisena.
Museoviraston 1 momentissa mainitun asetuksen nojalla tekemään päätökseen saa vaatia oikaisua. Oikaisuvaatimuksesta säädetään hallintolaissa (434/2003).
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
