Laki työttömyyskassalain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään työttömyyskassalakiin (603/1984) uusi 7 a § seuraavasti:
7 a §Osallistumistapa
Kassan kokoukseen saa osallistua tietoliikenneyhteyden tai muun teknisen apuvälineen avulla. Edellytyksenä menettelyn käyttämiselle on, että osallistumisoikeus ja ääntenlaskennan oikeellisuus voidaan selvittää tavallisessa kokouksessa noudatettaviin menettelyihin verrattavalla tavalla. Tällaisesta osallistumismahdollisuudesta, sen käyttämisen edellytyksistä ja menettelystä on mainittava kokouskutsussa.
