Laki Maatalousyrittäjän työtapaturma- ja ammattitautilain 148 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan maatalousyrittäjän työtapaturma- ja ammattitautilain (873/2015) 148 §:n 2 ja 3 momentti seuraavasti:
148 §Kokonaiskustannusten rahoitus
Perusturvaosuuteen katsotaan kuuluvan kokonaiskustannuksista sairausvakuutuslain mukaisia päivärahakuluja 11,7 prosenttia ja sairaanhoitokuluja 9,7 prosenttia, kansaneläkelain mukaisia eläkekuluja tai niitä vastaavia kuluja 3,0 prosenttia, kansaneläkelain mukaisia perhe-eläkekuluja 0,4 prosenttia sekä maatalousyrittäjän eläkelain mukaisia eläkekuluja 6,8 prosenttia.
Maatalousyrittäjien ja apurahansaajien vakuutusmaksuosuus on 37,3 prosenttia ja valtion osuus on 31,1 prosenttia kokonaiskustannuksista.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
