Laki Suomen osallistumisesta Euroopan syyttäjänviraston (EPPO) toimintaan annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään Suomen osallistumisesta Euroopan syyttäjänviraston (EPPO) toimintaan annettuun lakiin (66/2021) uusi 4 a § seuraavasti:
4 a §Valtuutetun Euroopan syyttäjän sosiaaliturva
Euroopan syyttäjänviraston valtuutetulle Euroopan syyttäjälle maksamaan palkkaan sovelletaan, mitä vakuutuspalkkana ja vastaavasta työstä Suomessa palkkana tai muuna vastikkeena maksetun korvauksen perusteella määräytyvistä sosiaaliturvaetuuksista ja sosiaalivakuutusmaksuista säädetään.
Syyttäjälaitos maksaa valtuutetun Euroopan syyttäjän palkan perusteella määräytyvät työnantajan sosiaalivakuutusmaksut. Valtuutettu Euroopan syyttäjä maksaa työntekijän eläkemaksun ja työttömyysvakuutusmaksun Syyttäjälaitokselle, joka tilittää maksetut määrät valtion eläkerahastolle ja Työllisyysrahastolle. Syyttäjälaitos tekee palkkaa ja maksettuja maksuja koskevat ilmoitukset tulotietojärjestelmästä annetussa laissa (53/2018) tarkoitettuun tulorekisteriin.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
