Laki päästökauppalain 56 a ja 56 b §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään päästökauppalain (311/2011) 56 a §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1020/2021, väliaikaisesti uusi 2 momentti ja 56 b §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1020/2021, väliaikaisesti uusi 2 momentti seuraavasti:
56 a §Bionesteiden kestävyys
Edellä 1 momentissa tarkoitettuja kestävyyskriteerejä ei tule osoittaa toiminnanharjoittajan ilmoittaessa päästöselvityksessä laitoksessaan polttoon vuonna 2022 käytettyjen bionesteiden päästökertoimeksi nollan.
56 b §Biomassapolttoaineiden kestävyys
Edellä 1 momentissa tarkoitettuja kestävyyskriteerejä ei tule osoittaa toiminnanharjoittajan ilmoittaessa päästöselvityksessä laitoksessaan polttoon vuonna 2022 käytettyjen biomassapolttoaineiden päästökertoimeksi nollan.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 ja on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2022.
