Laki Uzbekistanin kanssa tuloveroja koskevan kaksinkertaisen verotuksen välttämiseksi ja veron kiertämisen estämiseksi tehdyn sopimuksen muuttamisesta tehdyn pöytäkirjan lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Suomen tasavallan ja Uzbekistanin tasavallan välillä Helsingissä 8 päivänä maaliskuuta 2016 tehdyn pöytäkirjan, jolla muutetaan tuloveroja koskevan kaksinkertaisen verotuksen välttämiseksi ja veron kiertämisen estämiseksi Suomen tasavallan ja Uzbekistanin tasavallan välillä Tashkentissa 9 päivänä huhtikuuta 1998 tehtyä sopimusta (SopS 10/1999), lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Pöytäkirjan muiden määräysten voimaansaattamisesta ja tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
