Laki laajakaistarakentamisen tuesta haja-asutusalueilla annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti kumotaan laajakaistarakentamisen tuesta haja-asutusalueilla annetun lain (1186/2009) 13 §:n 4 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 476/2017, ja lisätään lakiin uusi 18 b § seuraavasti:
18 b §Sähköinen tiedoksianto
Viestintäviraston päätös ja muu asiakirja voidaan asianosaisen suostumuksella lähettää ja antaa todisteellisesti tiedoksi sähköpostitse. Päätös ja muu asian käsittelyyn liittyvä asiakirja katsotaan annetun tiedoksi silloin, kun Viestintävirasto vastaanottaa kuittauksen viestin lukemisesta. Jos kyse on asiakirjasta, jota lain mukaan ei tarvitse toimittaa tiedoksi todisteellisesti, asiakirja katsotaan annetun tiedoksi kolmantena päivänä viestin lähettämisestä, jollei muuta näytetä.
Mikäli Viestintävirasto ei saa kuittausta sähköpostiviestin lukemisesta seitsemän päivän kuluessa sen lähettämisestä, päätöksen tiedoksiannossa noudatetaan mitä siitä hallintolaissa (434/2003) säädetään.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
