Laki Energiavirastosta annetun lain 1 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään Energiavirastosta annetun lain (870/2013) 1 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on osaksi laeissa 650/2014, 692/2014 ja 389/2017, uusi 8 momentti, jolloin nykyinen 8 ja 9 momentti siirtyvät 9 ja 10 momentiksi, seuraavasti:
1 §Tehtävät
Energiavirasto hoitaa myös energia- ja ilmastopoliittisiin tukiin liittyviä valtionapuviranomaisen tehtäviä. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella annetaan tarkempia säännöksiä mainituista tehtävistä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
