Laki Eurooppalaisen biologisen ja lääketieteellisen kuvantamisen tutkimusinfrastruktuurin oikeushenkilöydestä ja osittaisesta verovapaudesta Suomessa
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Eurooppalainen biologisen ja lääketieteellisen kuvantamisen tutkimusinfrastruktuuri (Euro-BioImaging ERIC ) on eurooppalaiseen tutkimusinfrastruktuurikonsortioon (ERIC) sovellettavasta yhteisön oikeudellisesta kehyksestä annetussa neuvoston asetuksessa (EY) N:o 723/2009 tarkoitettu oikeushenkilö, jolla on Suomessa oikeuskelpoisuus. Se voi hankkia, omistaa ja luovuttaa irtainta, kiinteää ja henkistä omaisuutta, tehdä sopimuksia ja olla osapuolena oikeudenkäynneissä.
2 §
Euro-BioImaging ERIC on vapautettu arvonlisäverosta ja valmisteverosta niillä edellytyksillä ja rajoituksilla, jotka on sovittu sen perussäännössä sellaisena kuin se on Euro-BioImaging ERICiä perustettaessa.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
