Laki Euroopan meri-, kalatalous- ja vesiviljelyrahastosta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään Euroopan meri-, kalatalous- ja vesiviljelyrahastosta annettuun lakiin (997/2021) uusi 10 a § seuraavasti:
10 a §Rahoitusvälineiden kautta myönnettävä tuki
Rahastosta voidaan myöntää tukea yleisasetuksen 58 artiklassa tarkoitettujen rahoitusvälineiden kautta. Hallintoviranomaisen toimeenpanemasta rahoitusvälineestä voidaan myöntää tukea yleisasetuksen 59 artiklan mukaisesti.
Maa- ja metsätalousministeriö vahvistaa rahoitusvälineeseen osoitettavan rahoituksen määrän yleisasetuksen 59 artiklassa tarkoitetussa strategia-asiakirjassa.
Valtioneuvoston asetuksella voidaan antaa tarkempia säännöksiä rahoitusvälineestä myönnettävän tuen määrästä, käyttökohteista ja käytön perusteista.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
