Laki eräiden alusten ja niitä palvelevien satamien turvatoimista ja turvatoimien valvonnasta annetun lain 10 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan eräiden alusten ja niitä palvelevien satamien turvatoimista ja turvatoimien valvonnasta annetun lain (485/2004) 10 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 69/2007, seuraavasti:
10 §Turvatarkastuksen suorittaja
Oikeus suorittaa turvatarkastus 1 momentissa tarkoitetusta syystä on myös muulla kuin rajavartiomiehellä, poliisimiehellä tai tullimiehellä, jos hän täyttää yksityisistä turvallisuuspalveluista annetun lain (1085/2015) 35 §:ssä säädetyt järjestyksenvalvojaksi hyväksymiselle asetetut edellytykset tai jos hän on saanut siviili-ilmailun turvaamisesta annettujen määräysten mukaisen Liikenteen turvallisuusviraston hyväksymän koulutuksen turvatarkastajaksi ja kummassakin tapauksessa poliisi on hyväksynyt hänet tehtävään. Käsitellessään hyväksymistä koskevaa asiaa poliisilla on oikeus käyttää niitä rekisteritietoja, joihin turvallisuusselvityslaissa tarkoitettu suppea henkilöturvallisuusselvitys voi perustua. Poliisin hyväksyntä on voimassa koko valtakunnan alueella.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
