1.Laki takuueläkkeestä annetun lain 8 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan takuueläkkeestä annetun lain (703/2010) 8 §:n 1 momentti seuraavasti:
8 §Takuueläkkeen määrä
Täysimääräinen takuueläke on 612,16 euroa kuukaudessa.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki vammaisetuuksista annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti kumotaan vammaisetuuksista annetun lain (570/2007) 2 §:n 3 momentti, 14 § ja 19 §, sellaisina kuin niistä ovat 14 § osaksi laissa 697/2012 ja 19 § osaksi laissa 1050/2009 sekä muutetaan 51 §:n 1 momentti seuraavasti:
51 §Indeksisidonnaisuus ja rahamäärien pyöristäminen
Tässä laissa säädetyt rahamäärät, lukuun ottamatta 13 §:ssä mainittua tulorajaa, sidotaan hintatason muutoksiin siten kuin kansaneläkeindeksistä annetussa laissa (456/2001) säädetään.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
3.Laki kansaneläkelain 103 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti kumotaan kansaneläkelain (568/2007) 103 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1130/2010, sekä muutetaan 103 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1130/2010, seuraavasti:
103 §Valtion osuuden maksaminen
Valtio maksaa Kansaneläkelaitokselle 98 §:n mukaiset rahoitusosuudet kuukausittain.
