Laki sotilasvammalain 6 e §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti
§
muutetaan sotilasvammalain (404/1948) 6 e §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 992/2010, seuraavasti:
6 e §
Ruotsissa vakituisesti asuvalle vahingoittuneelle tai sairastuneelle, jonka työkyvyttömyys-aste on vähintään 20 prosenttia, ja vuosien 1939—1945 sotien johdosta vahingoittuneelle tai sairastuneelle, jonka työkyvyttömyysaste on vähintään 15 prosenttia, voidaan korvata kustannukset, jotka hänelle aiheutuvat kunnan järjestämistä kotipalveluista ja muista kotona asumista helpottavista sosiaalipalveluista. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella säädetään tarkemmin korvauksen määrästä ja maksamisesta.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
