Laki laivaväen työ- ja asuinympäristöstä sekä ruokahuollosta aluksella annetun lain 2 ja 11 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan laivaväen työ- ja asuinympäristöstä sekä ruokahuollosta aluksella annetun lain (395/2012) 2 § ja 11 §:n 3 momentti seuraavasti:
2 §Lain soveltamisala
Tätä lakia sovelletaan suomalaisiin aluksiin, joilla työskentelee laivaväkeä.
Tätä lakia ei sovelleta:
1) puolustus- tai merivartiotehtäviin käytettävään valtion alukseen;
2) kantosiipi-, ilmatyyny- eikä perinnealukseen.
Kalastusalukseen, jonka pituus on alle 24 metriä, sovelletaan vain 11 §:n 1 ja 5 momenttia sekä 14 ja 15 §:ää.
Ulkomaiseen alukseen, joka on Suomen vesialueella, sovelletaan merityöyleissopimuksen määräyksiä.
11 §Asuintilat
Muutoksenhausta tässä pykälässä tarkoitettua poikkeuslupaa koskevaan päätökseen säädetään oikeudenkäynnistä hallintoasioissa annetussa laissa (808/2019).

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Lain 11 §:n 3 momentti tulee kuitenkin voimaan vasta 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2020.
