Laki säteilyturvakeskuksesta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään säteilyturvakeskuksesta annettuun lakiin (1069/1983) uusi 4 a § seuraavasti:
4 a §
Säteily- ja ydinturvallisuutta koskevista kansainvälisistä asiantuntijapalveluista huolehtii Säteilyturvakeskuksen hallinnoima osakeyhtiö. Yhtiö huolehtii myös ydinturvallisuusyhteistyöstä lähialueilla sille Säteilyturvakeskuksen myöntämän määrärahan mukaisesti.
Osakeyhtiön omistajaohjauksesta huolehtii sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö.
Säteilyturvakeskus voi sijoittaa omistamiaan aineettomia oikeuksia, laitteistoja ja muuta käyttöomaisuutta osakeyhtiöön.
Säteilyturvakeskus voi tuottaa osakeyhtiölle hallinnollisia palveluja ja muita tukipalveluja markkinahintaista korvausta vastaan.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
