Laki sähkömarkkinalain 65 b §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan sähkömarkkinalain (588/2013) 65 b §:n 1 ja 2 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 201/2025, seuraavasti:
65 b §Markkinapohjainen loppukäyttäjän kuormanohjaus jakeluverkossa
Loppukäyttäjä voi jakeluverkonhaltijan mahdollistettua markkinapohjaisen kuormanohjauksen järjestämisen ja jakeluverkon sähkönkäyttöpaikan teknisten edellytysten täyttyessä valtuuttaa vähittäismyyjän tai muun sähkömarkkinoiden osapuolen antamaan käskyt kuormansa ohjaukseen sähkökaupan keskitetyn tiedonvaihdon yksikön ylläpitämän kuormanohjausrajapinnan kautta. Valtuutus tehdään, muutetaan ja peruutetaan loppukäyttäjän ilmoituksella sähkökaupan keskitettyyn tiedonvaihdon yksikköön. Kuormanohjauspalvelusta sopiminen loppukäyttäjän ja markkinapohjaisen kuormanohjauspalvelun tarjoajan välillä ei edellytä jakeluverkonhaltijan, loppukäyttäjän vähittäismyyjän tai muun sähkömarkkinoiden osapuolen suostumusta.
Jakeluverkonhaltijan on mahdollistettava viimeistään 1 kesäkuuta 2027 loppukäyttäjän 1 momentin mukaisesti valtuuttamalle sähkömarkkinoiden osapuolelle markkinaperusteisen kuormanohjauksen järjestämiseksi pääsy loppukäyttäjän etämittauslaitteiston kuormanohjausreleen ohjaukseen. Jakeluverkonhaltijan on mahdollistettava loppukäyttäjän kuormien ja laitteiden liittäminen kuormanohjausreleeseen.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
