Act amending section 15 of the Act on the Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment

Laki elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksista annetun lain 15 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksista annetun lain (897/2009) 15 § seuraavasti:
15 §Työ- ja elinkeinotoimistojen alueellisen toimivallan määräytyminen
Työ- ja elinkeinotoimisto huolehtii sille säädettyjen tehtävien hoitamisesta toimialueellaan. Työ- ja elinkeinotoimisto voi hoitaa tehtäviä myös useamman kuin yhden toimiston toimialueella, jos järjestelyllä voidaan tehostaa toimistojen toimintaa ja resurssien käyttöä, parantaa palvelujen saatavuutta tai turvata tehtävissä tarvittavan erityisasiantuntemuksen saatavuus taikka järjestely on tarkoituksenmukainen muun vastaavan syyn vuoksi.
Työ- ja elinkeinotoimiston tehtävien hoitamisesta useamman kuin yhden työ- ja elinkeinotoimiston toimialueella voidaan säätää valtioneuvoston asetuksella, kun tehtävät koskevat työttömyysturvalain (1290/2002) 1 luvun 4 §:n 3 momentissa tarkoitetun työvoimapoliittisen lausunnon antamista työttömyysetuuden saamisen edellytyksistä.
Muita kuin 2 momentissa tarkoitettuja tehtäviä koskevasta työ- ja elinkeinotoimistojen välisestä tehtäväjaosta ja sitä koskevasta alueellisen toimivallan järjestämisestä määrätään elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksen päätöksellä, jos kyseessä on keskuksen toimialueen sisäinen järjestely, ja muussa tapauksessa työ- ja elinkeinoministeriön päätöksellä.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Valtioneuvoston asetuksella voidaan säätää toimivaltaisesta työ- ja elinkeinotoimistosta, joka hoitaa 15 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitetun asetuksen voimaan tullessa työ- ja elinkeinotoimistoissa työvoimapoliittisia lausuntoja koskevat vireillä olevat asiat ja muutoksenhausta johtuvat toimet.
