Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tutkimus- ja kehitystiedon vaihdosta Suomen puolustusministeriön ja Amerikan Yhdysvaltojen puolustusministeriön välillä tehdyn sopimuksen (SopS 94 ja 95/2010) muuttamisesta Helsingissä 3 päivänä lokakuuta 2022 ja Washingtonissa 22 päivänä elokuuta 2022 tehdyn muutoksen 2 lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Muutoksen 2 muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
