Laki Koulutusrahastosta annetun lain 5 ja 6 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Koulutusrahastosta annetun lain (1306/2002) 5 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti sekä 6 §, sellaisina kuin ne ovat, 5 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti laissa 1105/2016 sekä 6 § laeissa 502/2013 ja 1105/2016, seuraavasti:
5 §Ammattitutkintostipendin myöntämisen edellytykset
Ammattitutkintostipendi voidaan myöntää Suomessa asuvalle henkilölle, joka on suorittanut ammatillisesta koulutuksesta annetussa laissa ( / ) tarkoitetun ammatillisen perustutkinnon, ammattitutkinnon tai erikoisammattitutkinnon.
Ammattitutkintostipendin myöntämisen edellytyksenä on, että henkilö ei ole täyttänyt 68 vuotta ja että hän on ollut työ- tai virkasuhteessa viisi vuotta ennen tutkinnon suorittamista.
6 §Ammattitutkintostipendin suuruus
Ammattitutkintostipendin suuruus on 400 euroa.
Sosiaali- ja terveysministeriön asetuksella tarkistetaan 1 momentissa säädettyä määrää vähintään joka kolmas vuosi kustannustasossa tapahtunutta muutosta vastaavasti.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa suoritetun tutkinnon perusteella myönnettävään ammattitutkintostipendiin sovelletaan tutkinnon suorittamisajankohtana voimassa olleita säännöksiä.
