Laki maankäyttö- ja rakennuslain 57 a §:n kumoamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan maankäyttö- ja rakennuslain (132/1999) 57 a §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1129/2008.
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Asemakaavoihin, jotka on asetettu ehdotuksina julkisesti nähtäville ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa, sovelletaan tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa ollutta 57 a §:ää.
