Laki työttömyysturvalain 11 luvun väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta annetun lain voimaantulosäännöksen muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan työttömyysturvalain 11 luvun väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta annetun lain (192/2020) voimaantulosäännös, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 232/2021, seuraavasti:
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan 8 päivänä huhtikuuta 2020 ja on voimassa 30 päivään syyskuuta 2021.
Lakia sovelletaan työmarkkinatukeen, jota maksetaan ajalta, joka alkaa 16 päivänä maaliskuuta 2020 ja päättyy 30 päivänä syyskuuta 2021.
Jos työnhaku työ- ja elinkeinotoimistossa on käynnistynyt viimeistään 15 päivänä huhtikuuta 2020, työnhakijalla on oikeus työmarkkinatukeen työnhaun käynnistymistä edeltävältä ajalta sen estämättä, mitä 2 luvun 1 §:ssä säädetään työnhakijana olemisesta.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
