Laki valtioneuvoston jäsenille maksettavista palkkioista ja korvauksista annetun lain 1 §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan väliaikaisesti valtioneuvoston jäsenille maksettavista palkkioista ja korvauksista annetun lain (1096/2006) 1 §:n 2 momentti seuraavasti:
1 §
Palkkio vastaa suuruudeltaan edustajanpalkkiosta annetun lain (328/1947) mukaan eduskunnan varapuhemiehelle maksettavaa palkkiota vähennettynä viidellä prosentilla. Pääministerille maksettava palkkio vastaa kuitenkin suuruudeltaan eduskunnan puhemiehelle maksettavaa palkkiota vähennettynä viidellä prosentilla.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 2026 ja se on voimassa 31 päivään toukokuuta 2027, enintään kuitenkin sen kuukauden loppuun, jonka aikana tasavallan presidentti myöntää eron tämän lain voimaan tullessa nimitettynä olevalle valtioneuvostolle.
