Laki väestölaskentalain kumoamisesta

Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:

1 §

Tällä lailla kumotaan väestölaskentalaki (154/1938).

2 §

Tämä laki tulee voimaan kuuta 20.

Lain säännökset asettavat kyseisen lain nojalla kerätyt aineistot poikkeukselliseen asemaan suhteessa muihin väestötilastointitarkoituksiin kerättyihin aineistoihin nähden, mistä syystä laki voidaan kumota vanhentuneena. Laki ehdotetaan tulemaan voimaan 1 päivänä marraskuuta 2017.
