Laki rakennetun ympäristön tietojärjestelmästä annetun lain 2 ja 10 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan rakennetun ympäristön tietojärjestelmästä annetun lain (431/2023) 2 §:n 1 momentti ja 10 §, sellaisena kuin niistä on ensin mainittu laissa 811/2023 seuraavasti:
2 §Rakennetun ympäristön tietojärjestelmän tarkoitus ja yleinen rakenne
Rakennetun ympäristön tietojärjestelmä palvelee alueidenkäyttöä ja rakentamista koskevia tiedonsaannin tarpeita. Tiedon keräämisen tarkoituksena on käyttää sitä laissa säädettyihin olennaisiin viranomaiskäyttötarkoituksiin.
10 §Viranomaisten tiedonsaantioikeudet salassapidettävistä tiedoista
Seuraavilla viranomaisilla on oikeus saada tehtäviensä hoitamisen kannalta välttämättömät tiedot maksutta salassapitosäännösten estämättä rakennetun ympäristön tietojärjestelmästä:
1) Aluehallintovirasto;
2) Digi- ja väestötietovirasto;
3) elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskukset;
4) elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskusten sekä työ- ja elinkeinotoimistojen kehittämis- ja hallintokeskus;
5) Hätäkeskuslaitos;
6) Maanmittauslaitos;
7) Museovirasto;
8) museolaissa (314/2019) tarkoitetut alueelliset vastuumuseot niiden hoitaessa mainitun lain 7 §:n 1 momentin 2 kohdassa tarkoitettua tehtävää;
9) pelastusviranomaiset;
10) puolustusministeriö;
11) Puolustusvoimat;
12) Ruokavirasto;
13) Tilastokeskus;
14) Verohallinto.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
