Laki Kuntien takauskeskuksesta annetun lain 5 ja 8 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti
§
muutetaan Kuntien takauskeskuksesta annetun lain (487/1996) 5 §:n 2 momentti ja 8 §:n 3 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat, ensiksi mainittu laissa 377/1997 ja viimeksi mainittu laissa 1005/2007, seuraavasti:
5 §Valtuuskunta
Valtuuskunnassa on vähintään 10 ja enintään 15 jäsentä ja jokaisella heistä henkilökohtainen varajäsen. Valtiovarainministeriö määrää jäsenet ja varajäsenet kuntavaalien toimittamisvuotta seuraavan vuoden tammikuun 1 päivänä alkavaksi nelivuotiskaudeksi. Heidät määrätään kuntien keskusjärjestön ehdottamista henkilöistä. Jäseniä määrättäessä on otettava huomioon jäsenyhteisöissä vallitsevat poliittiset voimasuhteet sekä alueelliset ja muut tasapuolisuusnäkökohdat.
8 §Takausten myöntäminen
Takauskeskus voi myöntää takauksia ainoastaan riittävää vakuutta vastaan. Vakuus voidaan antaa myös sopimusvakuutena ilman erillistä vastavakuutta. Erityisestä syystä takaus voidaan myöntää ilman vakuutta muulloinkin, jos valtiovarainministeriö antaa siihen luvan.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20.
Lain voimaan tullessa toimivaltaisen valtuuskunnan toimikausi jatkuu joulukuun 2017 loppuun.
