Laki Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Kirgisian tasavallan tehostetusta kumppanuus- ja yhteistyösopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Brysselissä 25 päivänä kesäkuuta 2024 tehdyn Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Kirgisian tasavallan tehostetun kumppanuus- ja yhteistyösopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
