Laki kunnallisesta työmarkkinalaitoksesta annetun lain 2 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti
§
muutetaan kunnallisesta työmarkkinalaitoksesta annetun lain (254/1993) 2 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa (1007/2007), seuraavasti:
2 §Valtuuskunta
Valtuuskunnassa on 11 jäsentä ja yhtä monta henkilökohtaista varajäsentä, jotka valtiovarainministeriö määrää kuntavaalien jälkeisen vuoden tammikuun 1 päivänä alkavaksi nelivuotiskaudeksi. Valtuuskunnan jäsenet ja varajäsenet määrätään kuntien keskusjärjestön ehdottamista kuntaan, kuntayhtymään tai kuntien keskusjärjestöön keskeisessä luottamushenkilö- tai palvelussuhteessa olevista kunnallista työnantajaa edustavista henkilöistä. Jäseniä määrättäessä on otettava huomioon kunnissa vallitsevat poliittiset voimasuhteet sekä muutoinkin tasapuolisuusnäkökohdat.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Ennen lain voimaantuloa voimassa olleen lain mukaan määrätyn valtuuskunnan toimikausi jatkuu joulukuun 2017 loppuun.
