Laki pilaantuneiden alueiden puhdistamisen tukemisesta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään pilaantuneiden alueiden puhdistamisen tukemisesta annettuun lakiin (246/2019) uusi 10 a § seuraavasti:
10 a §Kehittämis- ja hallintokeskuksen tehtävät
Poiketen siitä, mitä 4 §:ssä säädetään, elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskusten sekä työ- ja elinkeinotoimistojen kehittämis- ja hallintokeskus hoitaa avustuksen maksamista ja takaisinperintää koskevat valtionavustuslain 12, 19, 21 ja 22 §:n mukaiset tehtävät. Kehittämis- ja hallintokeskus hoitaa Pirkanmaan elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksen ohella myös mainitun lain 15 §:n mukaisia valvontatehtäviä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
