Laki kevennettyjen rakentamis- ja kaavamääräysten kokeilusta annetun lain 4 ja 8 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kevennettyjen rakentamis- ja kaavamääräysten kokeilusta annetun lain (1257/2010) 4 §:n 1 momentti ja 8 §, sellaisena kuin ne ovat, 4 §:n 1 momentti laissa 990/2023 ja 8 § laissa 892/2018, seuraavasti:
4 §Asemakaavassa mahdolliset erityismääräykset
Vantaan Marja-Vantaan 10 päivään tammikuuta 2023 voimassa olleen osayleiskaavan alueella asemakaava-alueella voidaan asemakaavassa antaa määräys kiinteistön liittämisestä keskitettyyn alueelliseen jätteiden putkikeräysjärjestelmään.
8 §Voimaantulo
Tämä laki tulee voimaan 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2011 ja on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2024.
