Laki kilpailulain 26 §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan väliaikaisesti kilpailulain (948/2011) 26 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 721/2019, seuraavasti:
26 §Käsittelymääräajat
Jollei Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto aseta ehtoja eikä tee esitystä yrityskaupan kieltämisestä 92 työpäivän kuluessa siitä, kun se päätti jatkoselvitykseen ryhtymisestä, yrityskaupan katsotaan tulleen hyväksytyksi. Markkinaoikeus voi pidentää määräaikaa enintään 46 työpäivällä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kesäkuuta 20 ja se on voimassa 31 päivään lokakuuta 2020.
