Clarifying anti-money laundering supervision in Åland
Anti-money laundering supervision of gambling entities and estate agents operating in Åland will be assigned to national authorities. Supervisory responsibility will be allocated to the National Police Board and the Regional State Administrative Agency.

Delineating student housing support in Åland
Mainland Finns studying in Åland are ensured the right to the housing supplement of student financial aid. Ålanders studying in mainland Finland will no longer be able to receive both general housing allowance and Åland's own housing supplement simultaneously.

Reforming courts and judicial training
