Reforming Sámi Parliament electoral criteria
The rules for admission to the Sámi Parliament's electoral roll will be reformed and the right of self-determination of the Sámi strengthened. The electoral roll will be recompiled on the basis of new criteria, and an independent appellate board will be established for appeals concerning the electoral roll.

Strengthening Sámi self-determination and voting rights
Criteria for entry into the Sámi Parliament's electoral roll will be reformed to place greater emphasis on language, and the electoral roll will be compiled anew. The obligation of public authorities to negotiate and cooperate with the Sámi Parliament will be significantly strengthened.
