Quality-based tax reductions for paraffinic diesel oil and ethanol diesel will be phased out. As a result of the change, the tax on diesel fuel will rise and central government tax revenue will increase.

Low-emission car subsidies and scrapping premium
Private individuals can receive state aid to purchase an electric car, to convert a car to run on gas or ethanol, and to scrap an old car when purchasing a new low-emission vehicle. The subsidies aim to accelerate the reduction of transport emissions and renew the vehicle fleet.
