User rights to device data
Consumers and businesses will gain the right to access data generated by their smart devices and share it onwards, for example with repair and maintenance services. Traficom (the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency) will supervise compliance with the data-sharing rules and will be able to impose administrative fines for infringements.

Centralising government grants into one repository
Applications, administration and public information concerning discretionary government grants will be brought together into shared online services and a repository for the entire central government administration. Citizens and organisations will be able to apply for and browse discretionary government grants awarded by different authorities at the same web addresses.

Centralising uncontested debt collection
The processing of uncontested debt collection and eviction cases will be centralised in nine district courts across the country. At the same time, businesses and professional debt collectors will be required to submit their applications electronically.
