Support for high-speed broadband construction
The state will support the construction of high-speed internet connections in areas where connections will not be built on market terms before 2025. The new support programme will bring around 10,000 new households, leisure homes and businesses within reach of high-speed broadband.

Flexible postal delivery and universal service
Postal delivery in urban areas can be reduced to three days a week, but five-day delivery will be maintained in sparsely populated areas to secure the availability of newspapers and periodicals. At the same time, delivery speed requirements for letters will be relaxed and a reasonable profit margin will be permitted in the pricing of postal services.
