Reforming athletes' pension and accident coverage
The upper age limit for the obligation to insure professional athletes will rise from 43 to 65 years, and the old-age pension age will be linked to the general earnings-related pension age. At the same time, overlapping sickness allowance and accident compensation for farmers will be curtailed.

Reforming party subsidies and election funding oversight
Party subsidies may also be granted to small parties that receive at least 2 per cent of the vote, and oversight of the subsidies will be transferred to the National Audit Office of Finland. At the same time, transparency in election funding will be increased in presidential and European Parliament elections.

Improving protection and rights of crime victims
The right of crime victims to receive information, support and protection during criminal proceedings would be strengthened. Victims of serious crimes would, among other things, be granted the right to receive notification upon request when an offender is released from prison.

Voluntary disclosure of hidden income
In 2016, individuals and estates of deceased persons would be able to declare previously concealed income or assets to the tax authorities without fear of criminal prosecution. Taxpayers must pay the outstanding taxes, late-payment interest and a tax increase, but would avoid an investigation for tax fraud.
