Finland would approve an aviation agreement between the EU and Israel, opening up air transport markets between the parties. The agreement would also harmonise aviation safety and environmental rules.

Facilitating employment for diplomats' families
Family members of diplomats will be enabled to engage in gainful employment in the host country without losing their diplomatic status. The arrangement applies reciprocally to Finland as well as Argentina, Brazil, Israel, Serbia and Vietnam.
