Rules on amending environmental permits and waste securities required from operators are clarified so that the securities are sufficient to cover the costs of decommissioning and waste management, including in bankruptcies. At the same time, the use of meat and bone meal in energy production is facilitated and the online publication of older environmental decisions is clarified.
