Cadastral surveys based on a clear agreement could be handled in writing without a separate survey meeting. Remote attendance at cadastral survey meetings and electronic delivery of notices would also be enabled.

Formation of three-dimensional properties
Three-dimensional properties delimited in height and depth will be able to be formed below or above ground level in local detailed plan areas. The change will clarify the ownership and financing of multi-level projects, such as underground car parks, shopping centres and transport premises.
