Reforming and expanding traveller protection
The new act will replace the Package Travel Act and extend travellers' rights to cover combinations of travel services assembled online and separately. At the same time, the rules on cancelling trips, limits on price increases, and compensation in cases of non-conformity will be clarified.

Reforming foreign service allowances and transport
Civil servants working at Finland's missions abroad could be provided with transport services at insecure duty stations. At the same time, allowances for domestic helpers would be abolished and healthcare reimbursement practices clarified.
