Market regulation and registers across all modes of transport are consolidated into a single act. The reform will make it easier to develop and use digital travel chains combining different transport modes.

Deregulating road transport and taxis
Licensing regulation for road transport is dismantled, and taxi licence quotas and maximum fares are abolished. Travel and ticket data for mobility services are opened up to enable interoperable service chains.
