State intervention in security-threatening property transactions
The state will gain the means to monitor and, if necessary, block real estate transactions that could endanger Finland's national security. Buyers from outside the EU and the EEA will be required to obtain a permit to buy real estate in Finland.

Repealing the forced auction redemption act
The state will give up its option to redeem real estate sold at forced auction. The act dating from 1938 will be repealed as obsolete and unnecessary.
