    Applications for structural support for agriculture and reindeer husbandry will become mainly electronic, and projects can be started at the applicant's own risk immediately after submitting an application. Young farmers will be made eligible for a state guarantee in connection with start-up aid, and basic drainage projects for agricultural land will be incorporated into agricultural investment aid.
