Making stock market listings easier
Companies' access to the stock exchange and capital markets will be made easier by easing prospectus requirements and lowering the threshold for listing. Regulation will be made more flexible, particularly to promote access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Easing inheritance and gift taxation
Inheritance and gift taxation will be eased by raising the lower thresholds for tax-free inheritances and gifts from the beginning of 2026. At the same time, the late-payment interest charged on unpaid inheritance tax will be lowered.
