Reforming food and agricultural registers
Official registers in the food and agriculture sector will be consolidated into a new food administration information resource, and the responsibilities of authorities in processing data will be clarified. At the same time, open access to agricultural spatial and environmental data will be increased without compromising data protection.

Farm liquidity guarantees and repayment deferrals
State guarantees will be made available for liquidity loans granted by banks to farms in difficulty in 2016 and 2017. At the same time, the maximum period for repayment deferrals on farms' earlier loans will be extended.
