Establishing free leisure activities for schoolchildren
The Finnish model for leisure activities aimed at comprehensive school pupils will be enshrined in law, establishing the provision of free leisure activities in connection with the school day. At the same time, the criteria for government grants to youth sector organisations and youth centres will be clarified.
