More flexible land survey administration
Legislation concerning the National Land Survey of Finland will be simplified so that the agency can organise its operations and customer service points more independently than before. At the same time, the agency's external information technology services will be transferred to a new agency being established.

Updating Finnish Meteorological Institute legislation
The regulations governing the Finnish Meteorological Institute will be updated to align with the current Constitution. The agency's duties will remain unchanged, but the provisions concerning its management and operations will be elevated from decrees to the level of an act.
