Reforming party subsidies and election funding oversight

Party subsidies may also be granted to small parties that receive at least 2 per cent of the vote, and oversight of the subsidies will be transferred to the National Audit Office of Finland. At the same time, transparency in election funding will be increased in presidential and European Parliament elections.
