Tackling problems in housing companies
Housing companies will receive better means to tackle nuisances from short-term letting and other housing disruptions, as well as take possession of flats using electronic service of notice. In addition, the controlled winding-down of struggling housing companies will be made lighter, and the division of maintenance responsibilities will be clarified.

Restoring companies to the trade register
A company deregistered from the trade register due to a failure to submit notifications will be able to apply for restoration to the register and continue its operations. Restoration requires reporting the missing information, paying any prescribed fees, and submitting the application within one year of the deregistration decision.

Streamlining bank resolution and deposit protection
Bank resolution obligations will be eased in situations where a failing institution would be wound up in ordinary bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings. In addition, the authority will be able to transfer customer advisory and support tasks to an external service provider in congested crisis situations.

Reforming unemployment funds and member protection
Rules on the governance, management qualifications and membership procedures of unemployment funds will be clarified and elevated to statutory law. Unemployed members will be able to transfer to another unemployment fund if their own fund is dissolved, placed into liquidation or goes bankrupt.
